Owner-operator, Darrell Williams, has been conducting residential and light commercial inspections since 2007. Prior to becoming a Florida licensed home inspector, Darrell spent over 30 years working in industrial maintenance and general construction. He has also owned and maintained several rental properties, on Amelia Island, since 2003. Darrell’s extensive experience and knowledge enable him to provide informative, detailed, and accurate inspection reports so that his clients can make well informed decisions.

And, as an active member of the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors®, he serves as a resource to other members and participates in community fundraisers throughout the year.
Behind the Scenes: Darrell’s Hobbies
As an Eagle Scout, Darrell developed a strong love for the great outdoors so, in his spare time, you’re most likely to spot him surfing the waves off Amelia Island as he has for over 50 years! When he’s not on the water he enjoys taking long walks in nature, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
